Suitable parking for our van is required at the selected location; we are unable to perform work on busy roads.
Access to an electricity supply is necessary to complete the service.
In the event of adverse weather, we will reach out to reschedule at the earliest convenience.
Additional charges may apply if the vehicle is heavily soiled, including excessive pet hair.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking will incur a cancellation fee.
Prior to starting any work, the vehicle will be inspected for existing damage. Any findings will be documented, and the customer will be notified accordingly.
